PopClip Hotkeys

Open PopClip settings and set a keyboard shortcut for making PopClip appear. Click the Record Shortcut button and press the keys you want to use. The key combination must include at least one of the modifier keys ⌃, ⌥, and ⌘. When triggered, PopClip appears in keyboard control mode.

Yes. The official guide says PopClip's keyboard shortcut still works when PopClip is turned off, disabled in the current app, or the app is on the Excluded Apps list.

Official troubleshooting suggests checking that PopClip is turned on, has Accessibility permission, and that your systemwide Cut, Copy, and Paste shortcuts remain the standard ⌘X, ⌘C, and ⌘V. Custom cursor utilities can also stop PopClip from appearing automatically.
