How do I modify shortcuts?

TickTick says you can modify shortcuts from the shortcut interface in Settings, from the shortcut interface in the sidebar, or from Command Menu → Help → Show Shortcuts. Shortcuts shown in gray cannot be modified.

Are shortcuts different on Mac and Windows?
